What is TOG?

TOG is a warmth rating for sleep sacks. The higher the number, the warmer it is. In summer, you will mostly use 0.5 or 1.0 TOG. Always choose based on your room temperature, not the season.

Safe Sleep Reminders 🌙

No loose blankets in the crib — always use a sleep sack instead.

Check the chest, not hands or feet, to see if baby is too hot or cold.

Signs of overheating: sweaty neck, flushed skin, or rapid breathing.

Fan tip: point a fan at the wall, not directly at baby, to circulate air safely.
